Cardio Fitness Cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular fitness are terms used interchangeably to describe aerobic fitness and endurance—your body’s ability to consume and use oxygen through prolonged physical activity. Carido is a very important part of an exercise program and can help prevent heart disease and diabetes.
When I am working with clients, I like to incorporate cardio, muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility to create a well-rounded program through interval and circuit training. Each program is developed based on the client’s goals.
