I like to drink a smoothie after my workouts. It satisfies my hunger, so I don’t feel fatigued and my body can begin to rebuild. After you exercise, your snack or meal should include protein because it is important for tissue growth and repair. There are many different types of smoothies and combinations of ingredients. Here is a simple recipe you will enjoy:

1 cup Organic Coconut Water

1 Organic Banana

1 or 2 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter

4 tbsp Organic Hemp Pro Fiber – Manitoba Harvest (This is a great source of protein, fiber, and Omega 3 & 6. An added plus, it’s organic with only two ingredients)

1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

1 tsp Organic Honey (If you need an added sweetness)
